Opis zamówienia zawiera SWZ, dokumentacja projektowa (budynek „A”), PFU (budynek „B”, „SOWA”) oraz wzór umowy wraz z załącznikami. Zgodnie z art. 257 pkt 1 Prawa Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
