Actuellement, ils ne disposent pas d’issues de secours conformes aux normes exigées par le maître d’ouvrage. Pour remédier à cette situation, l’OFROU a décidé de construire deux galeries de sécurité (SiSto) parallèles aux deux tunnels. Le mandataire sélectionné fournira les prestations d’auteur de projet (APR) et de direction locale des travaux (DLT), de la phase DP jusqu’à la mise en service (phase 53). Ces prestations concernent la réalisation des nouvelles galeries de sécurité, des portails ainsi que des voies d’évacuation associées.
