Изготвяне на Комплексен доклад за оценка за съответствието с основните изисквания към строежите и Технически контрол по част „Конструктивна“ на представения технически проект в съответствие с чл. 142 от ЗУТ. Одобряване на Количествено – стойностната сметка и/или Количествена сметка (КСС/КС), неразделна част от Техническия проект, изготвен от Изпълнителя по договора. Всички документи - графични и текстови, на инвестиционния проект се подписват и подпечатват от съответния квалифициран специалист и от управителя на юридическото лице или от едноличния търговец консултант, извършил оценката за съответствие. Всички останали задължения, необходими за изпълнението на предмета на обществената поръчка, посочени в настоящата документация и приложенията ѝ, както и тези посочени в договора и законовите разпоредби 2. Отстраняване за своя сметка на забележки по Комплексния доклад, получени от Възложителя и/или компетентния орган, който одобрява Техническия проект и издава Разрешение за строеж.
