Par commande, on entend dans ce cahier des charges, la commande partielle faite à l’adjudicataire par le fonctionnaire dirigeant. Celle-ci doit s’élever au minimum, en vrac à 15 tonnes ou être un multiple de 15 tonnes, en sac à 1 palette constituée d'environ 49 sacs de 25 kg ou un multiple de palettes, et en big bags à partir de 1 big bag de 1 tonne. Toutes les commandes passées pendant le délai de validité de ce marché sont prises en compte. Par livraison, on entend chaque chargement de véhicule, de camion ou de bateau. Plusieurs modes de livraison sont prévus. Le marché divisé en 4 (quatre) lots a pour objet : Lot 1 : fourniture de chlorure de sodium raffiné. Lot 2 : fourniture de chlorure de sodium à granulométrie étalée. Lot 3 : fourniture de chlorure de calcium (77%) et de saumure à 33% en poids de chlorure de calcium. Lot 4 : fourniture d’une solution à 50% en poids d’acétate de potassium. La formation en français et en néerlandais à l’utilisation de fondants chimiques pour le déneigement pour 15 utilisateurs fait également partie du lot 1 du présent marché et sera comprise dans le montant de l’offre.
