Les missions couvrent les phases de dialogue compétitif, d'études, de travaux et de garantie de parfait achèvement de l'opération, prévues sur la période 2026-2031. L’opération concerne la construction d’un campus universitaire. La conception et la réalisation sont assurées par le titulaire du marché public global de performance. Les missions de contrôle technique et de coordination SPS s’exercent en accompagnement de cette opération, en lien avec le maître d’ouvrage et les équipes d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage.
