Ajánlatkérő a megadott keretösszeg teljes kimerüléséig tartja fenn a jogot a megrendelések kibocsátásra. A szerződés hatálya az utolsóként aláíró fél aláírásától számított 12 hónapos határozott időtartam azzal, hogy a fenti időtartam lejárata előtt akkor szűnik meg a szerződés, ha a keretösszeg kimerül. Az intézményhez tartozó telephelyeket, mint szállítási helyeket a műszaki leírás tartalmazza azzal, hogy jogutódlás és/vagy intézményi adatváltozás alapján az egyes intézmények elnevezése, székhelye, valamint a megye közigazgatási határain belül a szállítási helyek köre (telephelyek címe) külön szerződésmódosítás nélkül változhat a Kbt. 141. § (4) bek. a) pontja alapján. Ajánlatkérő az alkalmazott értékelési szempont körében felhívja továbbá az ajánlattevők figyelmét, hogy az ajánlati felhívás BT24 jelen pontjában részletezett tájékoztató mennyiségeket tartalmazó terméktáblázat beárazásával kiszámított nettó ajánlati összár kizárólag az ajánlatok érdemi összehasonlítására szolgáló számadat, ajánlatkérő a szerződés keretösszegét az ajánlati felhívás BT24 pontjában szereplő adott keretösszeg mértékében állapítja meg.
