Le présent appel d'offres porte sur les prestations d’ingénieur civil pour l’étude et le suivi de réalisation de l’infrastructure des nouvelles voies et des ouvrages de génie civil. Les prestations liées à la géotechnique, à l’environnement et à la technique ferroviaire (superstructure ferroviaire, IS, LC et BT) ne font pas partie du présent mandat, à l’exception des fondations, chambres et caniveaux à câbles. Des prestations de coordination de l’ensemble des acteurs sont toutefois comprises dans le mandat.
