Geplant ist ein zweigeschossiges Gebäude, das sich aus zwei Baukörpern zusammensetzt: einem kompakten Riegel als Hauptkörper und einem auskragenden Gebäudeteil sowie einem Außentreppenhaus. Das Gebäude ist teilunterkellert und wird in Massivbauweise errichtet. Die Dächer werden als Gründächer ausgeführt.
