Přerovská ve městě Bystřice pod Hostýnem na území bývalých dělnických domů, které jsou určeny k demolici. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rovněž výkon inženýrské činnosti a výkon autorského dozoru po celou dobu provádění stavebních prací, a to v rozsahu stanoveném Zadávací dokumentací a jejími přílohami. Bytové domy jsou navrženy v souvislé uliční frontě, které budou zcelovat urbanistickou strukturu a současně vytvoří clonu, která bude bránit hluku ze silnice v šíření dále do území. Členění na jednotlivé objekty bude otiskem původních domů, architektura domů bude vytvářet na jedné straně živou městskou ulici se vstupy a na straně druhé komorní atmosféru vnitrobloku. Celkem se bude jednat o 6 bytových domů o 3 nadzemních podlažích o 5 – 6 bytech, dispozičně se bude jednat o byty 2kk, 1kk, 2+1 a 3kk.
