Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaciągnięcie kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 17 728 713,49 zł (słownie złotych : siedemnaście milionów siedemset dwadzieścia osiem tysięcy siedemset trzynaście 49/100) na 2026r. z dniem spłaty od 15 stycznia 2027 r. do 15 grudnia 2041 r. 2. Postawienie kredytu do dyspozycji zamawiającego: W każdej chwili na wniosek zamawiającego, przy czym celem wyliczenia kosztów obsługi przyjmuje się następujące transze uruchomienia kredytu: od 30 września 2026 r. do 30 grudnia 2026 r. kwota – 17 728 713,49 zł; w tym: I transza: do 30 września 2026 roku w kwocie –2.000.000,-zł (zastrzega się ,że kredyt może być uruchomiony w innym terminie bądź w innej kwocie ze względu na procedurę przetargową), II transza: do dnia 30 października 2026 roku w kwocie –4.000.000,-zł; III transza do dnia 30 listopada 2026 roku w kwocie 4.000.000,-zł IV transza do dnia 30 grudnia 2026 roku w kwocie 7.728.713,49 zł. 3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość niewykorzystania w całości lub części kredytu. 4. Uruchomienie kwot kredytu nastąpi na pisemny wniosek Gminy. 5.
