Insgesamt soll aus den Bestandsgebäuden Hauptschule und Sporthalle gemeinsam mit den Neubauten Gymnasium und Mensa ein Gesamtensemble mit einer Campusstruktur entstehen. Die Neubauten sollen sich außerdem als Funktionsgebäude in den städtebaulichen Kontext des jeweiligen Grundstücks einfügen und den architektonischen Ansprüchen an ein Schulgebäude Rechnung tragen.
