La fourniture porte sur le PCE n°230274, correspondant à la chaufferie A36 située rue Pierre Noailles à Talence, actuellement rattaché à l’Université de Bordeaux et ayant vocation à être rattaché au GIP E² à l’appui de l’autorisation d’occupation temporaire constitutive de droits réels conclue entre l’Université de Bordeaux et le GIP. La période de fourniture est fixée du 1er octobre 2026 au 30 septembre 2027. Le besoin prévisionnel est estimé à 11 000 MWh, avec un volume maximum de 20 000 MWh.
