Achiziția a fost solicitata prin Referatul de Necesitate si Oportunitate nr. 10979/15.06.2026 referat întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, Investitii, ISCIR din cadrul Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova SA. Benzile Redler pentru care se solicită piesele de schimb sunt destinate să funcţioneze în cadrul instalaţiei de alimentare cu cărbune a cazanului nr. 1 de 525 t/h ale Societății Electrocentrale Craiova SA. Benzile Redler asigură extragerea cărbunelui din buncărele de cărbune şi apoi alimentarea cu debit variabil a morilor cu ventilator şi ciocane tip MVC cu debitul de 75 t/h. Din cauza regimului de lucru, piesele componente se uzează şi necesită înlocuire. Pentru buna funcţionare a cazanului de 525 t/h este necesară repararea periodică a elementelor de bandă Redler, pentru a se asigura debitul de cărbune necesar, în funcţie de sarcina cazanului.
