Кратко описание и основна цел на поръчката (описание на дейностите): Основната цел е проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор за повишаване на енергийната ефективност и намаляване на енергийното потребление на 5 /пет/ многофамилни жилищни сгради на територията на град Елхово. Чрез изпълнение на мерките за енергийна ефективност, ще се подобрят условията на живот на домакинствата, ще се повиши качеството на живот в най-силно засегнатите от климатичния преход области. Въвеждането на мерки за енергийна ефективност ще допринесе за намаляване на потреблението на енергия и ще спомогне за облекчаване на натиска върху нарастващите енергийни разходи. Дейностите, които ще бъдат изпълнени по поръчката са: І. Проектиране – изготвяне на технически инвестиционен проект по части съгласно техническата спецификация за съответната обособена позиция, приложена като неразделна част от документацията за обществената поръчка; II. Изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи (СМР) на обекта в съответствие с одобрения инвестиционен проект; III. Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството на обекта, който да следи за точното спазване на инвестиционния проект по отделните части.
