"Kontener sanitarny". 2. Kontener sanitarny powinien spełniać m.in.następujące wymagania: a) polskich przepisów o ruchu drogowym zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 czerwca 1997 r. Prawo o ruchu drogowym (tj. Dz. U. 2024 poz. 1251 ze zm.), wraz z przepisami wykonawczymi do ustawy, z uwzględnieniem wymagań dotyczących pojazdów uprzywilejowanych; b) rozporządzenia Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 20 czerwca 2007 r. w sprawie wykazu wyrobów służących zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa publicznego lub ochronie zdrowia i życia oraz mienia, a także zasad wydawania dopuszczenia tych wyrobów do użytkowania (Dz. U. z 2007 r., Nr 143 poz. 1002 ze zm.); c) kontener i jego wyposażenie musi posiadać aktualne świadectwo dopuszczenia, potwierdzające spełnienie wymagań rozporządzenia, o którym mowa w lit. b, aktualne świadectwo dopuszczenia dla kontenera oraz aktualne świadectwa dopuszczenia dla wyposażenia podlegającego dopuszczeniu należy dostarczyć najpóźniej w dniu odbioru techniczno – jakościowego kontenera; d) kontener zgodny z wymaganiami Załącznika nr 20 do „Wytycznych standaryzacji wyposażenia pojazdów pożarniczych i innych środków transportu Państwowej Straży Pożarnej”; f) kontener wyposażony m.in. w: - min. 3 kabiny natryskowe , - min. 4 umywalki, - przebieralnię, - min. 2 kabiny WC, - zbiornik na czystą wodę oraz zbiornik na ścieki, - elektryczny podgrzewacz wody, - instalację elektryczną i wodną, - odzież ochroną i roboczą, - artykuły sanitarne, gospodarcze i łazienkowe. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 4. Klauzula dotycząca unieważnienia postępowania. Na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych, Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 5. Zadanie realizowane jest w ramach Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025 – 2026.
