Pod polygrafickými službami sa rozumie zabezpečenie všetkých etáp polygrafického výrobného procesu od prijatia tlačových podkladov až po doručenie finálneho výrobku na určené dodacie miesta (200 000 kusov vysúťaženej distribučnej spoločnosti, 5 000 kusov verejnému obstarávateľovi na adresu Klobučnícka 2, 811 01 Bratislava). Verejný obstarávateľ požaduje oprávnenie dohliadať na všetky etapy výrobného procesu. Zároveň požaduje, aby sa všetky etapy výrobného procesu vykonávali chronologicky kontinuálne (plynule, bez prestojov) vo výrobných priestoroch zhotoviteľa. Verejný obstarávateľ neakceptuje distribúciu do spoločných schránok.
