Atlas Marketing Studio, as Bord Bia’s implementing body and appointed agency for the EU-funded programme, will manage and supervise the tender process, coordinate communications with tenderers and oversee delivery of the contract. Bord Bia will remain the contracting authority and final decision-making body. The scope includes technical development, dimension verification, production, transport, installation, graphics, lighting, rigging, furniture, AV equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, safety equipment, venue coordination, on-site support and dismantling. The contractor must comply with Austrian legislation, venue requirements and all applicable health and safety standards.
