## About this tender

De Aanbestedende Overheid wenst met deze selectieleidraad de markt te bevragen voor de realisatie van een nieuwbouw. Het project omvat de volledige bouwkundige realisatie, van een functioneel, kostenefficiënt, en gesloten ruwbouw (casco). Het gebouw is primair bestemd voor de huisvesting van technische installaties en logistieke functies\[IG1.1\]\[LH1.2\]. De bouwplaats vereist voorafgaande ontbossing. Met deze selectieleidraad beoogt ZOL kandidaat aannemers te selecteren die beschikken over de nodige technische competenties, ervaring en organisatorische draagkracht om dit strategisch belangrijke infrastructuurproject succesvol te realiseren. Een meer uitgebreide beschrijving is opgenomen in Bijlage II projectdefinitie. \[TB2.1\]\[LH2.2\]\[ET2.3\]\[LH2.4\]De opdracht zal verder in detail omschreven worden in de tweede fase van de plaatsingsprocedure, zijnde de gunningsfase.
