Având în vedere necesitatea asigurării continue a alimentelor destinate preparării hranei pentru pacienții internați în cadrul Spitalului Județean de Urgență Miercurea Ciuc, precum și pentru desfășurarea în condiții optime a activității de alimentație publică din cadrul unității sanitare, este necesară achiziția produselor care fac obiectul prezentei proceduri. Achiziția urmărește asigurarea unui aprovizionări ritmice și neîntrerupte cu produse alimentare, respectarea normelor de siguranță alimentară, de igienă și de calitate, precum și furnizarea unei alimentații corespunzătoare necesităților nutriționale ale pacienților, în conformitate cu legislația în vigoare. Acordul-cadru se va încheia cu maximum 3 operatori economici, separat pentru unul sau mai multe loturi. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile.
