Podstawowym celem umowy (dalej: „Umowa”) zawartej między Zamawiającym a Inżynierem Kontraktu (dalej: „Inżynier Kontraktu”) będzie efektywne, profesjonalne i rzetelne świadczenie usług w zakresie zarządzania procesem inwestycyjnym, pełnienia funkcji inspektora nadzoru i doradztwa w zakresie realizacji zadań objętych przedmiotem Umowy – opisanych w załączniku nr 6.4. Połączenie kompetencji określonych w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia dla obsługi Projektu ma na celu zapewnienie kompleksowości obsługi Projektu, ustalenie jasnych reguł odpowiedzialności za jego poprawną realizację, a także zapewnienie sprawnego przepływu informacji.
