Технически контрол на част „Конструктивна“, съгласно чл. 142, ал.10 от ЗУТ (когато е приложимо); Оказване на експертна подкрепа на възложителя и проектанта при съгласуването на инвестиционния проект с компетентните контролни органи, експлоатационни дружества и заинтересовани лица; Изработване на комплексен доклад съгласно чл. 142, ал. 6, т. 2 от ЗУТ; Упражняване на строителен надзор съгласно чл. 168, ал. 1 във връзка с чл. 168, ал. 2 от ЗУТ и извършване на проверка и контрол на доставените и влагани в строежа строителни продукти, с които се осигурява изпълнението на основните изисквания към строежите в съответствие с изискванията на наредбата по чл. 9, ал. 2, т. 5 от Закона за техническите изисквания към продуктите; Изпълняване функциите на координатор по безопасност и здраве за етапа на изпълнение на строежа съгласно Наредба № 2 от 22.03.2004 г. за минималните изисквания за здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при извършване на строителни и монтажни работи; Съставяне и регистриране на технически паспорт за строежа съгласно чл. 176а от ЗУТ и Наредба № 5 от 28.12.2006 г. за техническите паспорти на строежите; Изработване на окончателен доклад съгласно чл. 168, ал. 6 от ЗУТ.
