De gemeente Elburg is voornemens een aannemer te selecteren voor de uitvoering van de sloop- en renovatiewerkzaamheden aan het gemeentehuis in Elburg. De te selecteren aannemer is tevens verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitwerken van het ontwerp tot een Uitvoeringsgereed Ontwerp (UO), dat als basis dient voor de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
