Das denkmalgeschützte Bestandsgebäude verfügt über eine Brutto-Grundfläche (BGF) von ca. 1.130 m² und soll zu einem Besucher- und Bildungszentrum mit Ausstellungs-, Seminar- und Verwaltungsbereichen weiterentwickelt werden. Das Vergabeverfahren umfasst die Lose Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß § 34 HOAI, Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gemäß § 55 HOAI sowie Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI einschließlich bauphysikalischer Leistungen (Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung nach GEG).
