(słownie: dwanaście milionów pięćset tysięcy zł) z przeznaczeniem na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów oraz pokrycie deficytu. 2. Spłata kredytu w latach 2027-2045. 3. Kredyt będzie pobrany w transzach od dnia podpisania umowy, do dnia 28.12.2026 r. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo uruchomienia kredytu w transzach, w ciągu 3 dni roboczych od złożenia dyspozycji uruchomienia kredytu. 4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zaciągnięcia kredytu w kwocie niższej od ustalonej tj. 12 500 000,00 zł bez dodatkowych opłat i prowizji. 5. Zabezpieczeniem spłaty kredytu i odsetek będzie weksel in blanco wraz z deklaracją wekslową. 6. Oprocentowanie kredytu w okresie spłaty będzie oparte na zmiennej stawce bazowej WIBOR 1M ustalonej jako średnia arytmetyczna notowań stawki WIBOR 1M za miesiąc poprzedzający kolejny okres odsetkowy i stałej marży banku przez cały okres spłaty kredytu. 7. Kredyt będzie spłacany w 228 miesięcznych ratach od dnia 20.01.2027 r. do 20.12.2045 roku. 8.
