Οι εργασίες αποσκοπούν στην επίλυση προβλημάτων ασφαλούς λειτουργίας των κτιρίων και αφορούν τα ήδη καταγεγραμμένα προβλήματα αλλά και όσα προκύψουν κατά την διάρκεια υλοποίησης της προμήθειας. Τόπος εκτέλεσης των προμηθειών-εργασιών δύναται να είναι οποιοδήποτε δημοτικό κτίριο, είτε σχολική μονάδα της πρωτοβάθμιας και δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, είτε κτίριο βρεφονηπιακών σταθμών του Δήμου Χερσονήσου, είτε Δημοτική κτιριακή εγκατάσταση που χρήζει παρέμβασης. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για ομάδα/ες ή για το σύνολο της προμήθειας. Ο κάθε διαγωνιζόμενος οικονομικός φορέας μπορεί να προσφέρει διαφορετικό ποσοστό έκπτωσης για κάθε ομάδα του προϋπολογισμού. Δεν θα λαμβάνεται υπόψη προσφορά, η οποία θα δίδεται για επί μέρους είδη της ομάδας του προϋπολογισμού. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 1.755.564,00€ (σύνολο υλικών) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου και 833.350,00€ (σύνολο εργασίας) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου, 2.588.914,00€ σύνολο υλικών και εργασίας 2.588.914,00€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% (621.339,36€) (γενικό σύνολο 3.210.253,36€ συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ) Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε 36 μήνες από την υπόγραφή της σχετικής σύμβασης. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της χαμηλότερης τιμής ανά ομάδα υλικών, αφού ελεγχθεί και είναι σύμφωνη με τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές που έχουν εγκριθεί.
