Totalrådgivning forstås således at Totalrådgiver under denne kontrakt påtager sig løsning af samtlige eller de væsentligste rådgivningsopgaver ved ombygning og modernisering af Kristrup skole, jf. § 10 i ABR 18. NERD Architects har udarbejdet en pædagogisk og didaktisk skoleanalyse indeholdende skoleudviklingsplaner for hver skole i Randers Kommune. Skoleanalysen har fokus på udvikling af fremtidens læringsmiljøer. Med baggrund i skoleanalysen skal Kristrup Skole udvides og renoveres i henhold til Kristrup Skoles scenarie A. Scenarie A indbefatter opførelse en ny multisal, 4 klasselokaler, samt modernisering af supplerende læringsareal, små klasselokaler, læringstorv og køkkenfaciliteter til personale (herefter betegnet Projektet), hvor Totalrådgiver skal som en del af totalrådgivning, levere teknisk rådgivning i form af arkitekt- og ingeniørydelser.
