Zadavatel předpokládá, že vybraný dodavatel bude poskytovat technicko – ekonomické poradenství a svou činnost vykonávat vždy ve snaze o co nejefektivnější řešení z hlediska stavby, mimo jiné prostřednictvím toho, že bude realizaci stavby aktivně koordinovat, bude schopen vyhledávat rizika spojená s výstavbou a účinně jim předcházet, bude odpovědným způsobem posuzovat a řešit změny stavby, bude zadavateli odpovídajícím způsobem a v odpovídajícím rozsahu poskytovat informace o průběhu přípravy a realizace stavby a pro plnění veřejné zakázky využije osoby s odpovídajícím vzděláním, zkušenostmi a manažerskými dovednostmi. Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je výkon činností: 1) Vedoucí týmu specialistů 2) Specialista pro cenovou kontrolu a finanční řízení 3) Technický dozor stavebníka 4) Technik prostředí staveb – specializace vytápění a vzduchotechnika 5) Technik prostředí staveb – specializace elektrotechnická zařízení 6) Koordinátor BOZP Stavba „Dělnický dům Peklo – sanace společenského sálu“ jsou stavební úpravy a přístavba části areálu Dělnického domu Peklo, zahrnující budovu velkého sálu, navazující šatnové zázemí, schodišťovou a vstupní halu. Komplex objektů byl postupně vybudován v místě výrazného terénního zlomu. Obsahuje dvě podzemní, jedno nadzemní podlaží a půdu. Pozemek řešeného areálu je ohraničen ulicemi Jízdecká, Tyršova, Pobřežní a dosahuje prakticky až k mostu Generála PATTONA. Jedná se o pozemky parc. č. 10265, 10266, 10267, 10268, 9393/1, 10563/31, 10563/4, 10563/8 a 5265/28 v k.ú. Plzeň. Dopravně je objekt napojen na komunikaci v ul. Pobřežní a v ul. Jízdecká.
