La coordination entre les différentes maîtrises d'ouvrage et maîtrises d'oeuvre représente un enjeu majeur. A ce titre, le pilote coordinateur (OPC IC) est chargé d'une mission de planification, pilotage et coordination de l'ensemble des chantiers sous maîtrises d'ouvrage différentes pour la réhabilitation de l'Abbaye St Vaast, bâtiments et infrastructures associées.
