All projects run from 2025-2028/29 and are managed from St. Lucia. The contractor delivers five work packages: (1) develop an integrated GIZ Caribbean communication strategy; (2) implement communication activities and products to enhance dissemination of results; (3) design and operationalise a harmonised M&E framework across the six projects; (4) monitor and evaluate communication activities; (5) build communication and M&E capacities within GIZ Eastern Caribbean and partner organisations.
