Съгласно изискванията на Наредба № Н-1 от 23.07.2024г. за екологичните изисквания към определени продукти, предмет на обществени поръчки, (обн. ДВ, бр. 64 от 30.07.2024 г.), в предмета на обособените позиции се включва и доставка на хранителни продукти, произведени в съответствие с изискванията на Регламент (ЕС) 2018/848 на Европейския парламент и на съвета от 30 май 2018 година относно биологичното производство и етикетирането на биологични продукти и за отмяна на Регламент (ЕО) № 834/2007 на Съвета и с актовете по неговото прилагане.
