Предметът на обществената поръчка изисква възлагане и изпълнение на основен ремонт на обект, приравнен към IV- та категория строеж по смисъла на чл. 137, т. 4, б. „д“ от Закона за устройството на територията (ЗУТ)- закрито служебно стрелбище в сградата на СДВР, гр. София, ул. „Екзарх Антим I” 5, при спазване на действащото законодателство в отрасъл „строителство“, Правилaта за изпълнение и приемане на СМР, одобрения „работен“ инвестиционен проект. Предстоящото строителство следва да бъде изпълнявано в съответствие с одобрения инвестиционен проект (части: „Архитектура“, „Конструктивна“, „ОВК“; „Електрическа“, „Пожарна безопасност“; „План за безопасност и здраве“; „Сметна документация“). При основния ремонт ще бъде осъществяван инвестиционен контрол (от Възложителя), авторски и строителен надзор. Обществената поръчка се провежда в изпълнение на проект BG65ISPR001- 3.001- 0007 „Усъвършенстване на подготовката на служителите на СДВР с полицейски правомощия“, дейност 1: „Подобряване на стрелковата подготовка на служителите на Столичната дирекция на вътрешните работи чрез реновиране на служебно стрелбище и провеждане на обучения", Програма на Република България по фонд „Вътрешна сигурност“, Процедура № 1, Специфична цел 3. Срокът за изпълнение на обществената поръчка включва: подготвителен период: до 30 календарни дни, считано от датата на сключване на договора; срок за изпълнение на СМР: до 365 календарни дни.
