Dále je předmětem zakázky výkon inženýrské činnosti a autorský dozor. V rámci stupně DPZ je zhotovitel povinen zpracovat a odevzdat souhrnný rozpočet stavby (propočet nákladů) ve formě agregovaných položek a stavebních objektů, který bude splňovat veškeré náležitosti metodických pokynů programu IROP pro fázi podání žádosti o dotaci. Součástí plnění je rovněž odborné posouzení potřeby využití institutu předběžné informace podle § 174 zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon.
