Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmniejszenia ilości określonej w Zakresie podstawowym, w całym okresie realizacji Umowy, określonym w pkt 4.1 SWZ, o nie więcej niż 30% (tj. do minimalnej ilości wynoszącej 4 900 Mg). 3.
