Im aktuellen Erlaubnisbescheid wird die Kläranlage mit einer Ausbaugröße von 7.300 EW angegeben. Das Kläranlagen-Gelände weist topographisch Höhen zwischen etwa 87 m und 80 m NN auf und fällt nach Nordosten zum Rhein hin ab. Unmittelbar unterhalb der Kläranlage verläuft die Bahnlinie zwischen Koblenz und Mainz sowie die Bundesstraße B9. Der parallel verlaufende Rhein ist etwa 50 m entfernt.
