Für die Sanierung und Erweiterung wurde im Jahr 2020 bereits ein VgV-Verfahren für die Objektplanung Gebäude u. Innenräume durchgeführt, die Planungsleistungen sowie die Bauausführung für den Erweiterungsbau wurden bereits begonnen (der Rohbau steht bereits). Das bestehende Vertragsverhältnis wurde jedoch beendet, derzeit sind daher im Leistungsbild Objektplanung Gebäude u. Innenräume gem. § 34 Abs 3 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 10 Nr. 10.1 noch Teilleistungen der Lph. 5-7 für einen Teil des Erweiterungsneubaus sowie die Lph. 8-9 für einen Großteil des Erweiterungsneubaus ausstehend. Die Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes wird gesondert ausgeschrieben. Als Besondere Leistung wird die Mitwirkung bei der Abrechnung der Fördermittel inkl. Erstellung des Verwendungsnachweises, die Erstellung monatlicher Statusberichte, optional die Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Moratoriumssitzungen, die Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung sowie die Bauleitung nach § 59 HBO benötigt.
