Für die Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes ist die Entwurfsplanung notwendig, um die Fördermittel zu erhalten. Die tatsächliche bauliche Umsetzung der Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes wird erst nach Fertigstellung des Neubaus und damit voraussichtlich erst ab 2029 stattfinden. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens sind die Planungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebäude u. Innenräume gem. § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 10 Nr. 10.1 in den Leistungsphasen 1-3 mit den Besonderen Leistungen des Aufstellens einer vertieften Kostenschätzung nach Positionen einzelner Gewerke sowie der Mitwirkung bei der Beantragung von Fördermitteln. Zudem wird optional die Teilnahme an Moratoriumssitzungen zur Vorstellung des Projektes inkl. Kosten beauftragt.
