Die Herstellung des Ersatzneubaus ist Gegenstand dieses Vertrages. Nach Fertigstellung des neuen Bauwerks verbleibt das Bestandsbauwerk zunächst weiterhin in Nutzung. Erst im Zuge der späteren Ausbauarbeiten der T+R Geismühle wird das Bestandsbauwerk zurückgebaut.
