Кюстендил. Обемът на доставките предмет на договора се определя с писмена заявка, съобразно нуждите на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ, без ограничения за броя на заявките във времето. Всяка заявка се извършва от упълномощени представители на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ изпратена на електронната поща на ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ (имейл или чрез електронна система). Приемането и предаването на доставката по конкретната поръчка се извършва по вид и количество с приемо-предавателен протокол подписан от двете страни в два екземпляра. За дата на доставката се счита датата на подписване от Възложителя на приемо-предавателния протокол. Посочените в техническата спецификация количества са прогнозни и Възложителят не е обвързан с тяхното пълно усвояване.
