Строежите са ТРЕТА категория , съгласно чл. 137,ал.1, т. 3, буква „а“ от ЗУТ, чл.6, ал.1, т.1 от Наредба №1/2003 год. На МРРБ / ДВ, бр.72/2003г./ за номенклатурата на видовете строежи, съответно ІІ-група, ІІІ категория по чл.5, ал.6, т.2.3.1. от Правилник за реда за вписване и подене на Централния професионален регистър на строителя. Настоящата обществена поръчка се обявява „без осигурено финансиране” при условията на чл. 114 от ЗОП.
