Im Zentrum für Wald und Holzwirtschaft (ZWH) wird die Küche an den beiden nachstehenden Standorten wie folgt unterhalten: - Am Standort "Alter Holzweg 93, 59755 Arnsberg" werden eine Tagungsstätte und ein Internat unterhalten. Die Einrichtung verfügt über 90 Betten. Die Gäste erhalten eine Teil- oder Vollverpflegung. Täglich werden bis zu 100 Mahlzeiten und mehr zubereitet. Für Gruppen, die im Wald geschult werden, werden die Mahlzeiten durch Mitarbeitende von Wald und Holz NRW vor Ort geliefert. - Der Standort "Herbreme 2, 59821 Arnsberg" ist für den Wochenaufenthalt von zwei Gruppen bzw. Schulklassen sowie für Tagungen und Seminare ausgelegt. Die Einrichtung verfügt über 60 Betten. Die Gäste erhalten eine Teil- oder Vollverpflegung.
