Verejný obstarávateľ bude predmet zákazky pre príslušnú časť objednávať u víťazného uchádzača v zmysle Rámcovej dohody, na základe písomných objednávok podľa jeho aktuálnych potrieb. Preberanie tovaru sa bude realizovať formou preberacích protokolov. Víťazný uchádzač je povinný tovar riadne dodať a odovzdať verejnému obstarávateľovi na dohodnutom mieste, čase, v kvalite a stave spôsobilom na použitie. Spôsob objednávania a dodávania tovaru je uvedený v Článku II. Rámcovej dohody pre každú časť, ktoré sú samostatnou prílohou Súťažných podkladov.
