Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego na pokrycie deficytu budżetu w roku 2026 oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań. 2. Uruchomienie kredytu do dnia 29 grudnia 2026r., 3. spłata rat kapitałowych – karencja w roku 2027, od styczna 2028 miesięcznie - na koniec każdego miesiąca, w okresie styczeń 2028 - grudzień 2044. 4. Kredyt w kwocie 10.148.966,00zł. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość uruchomienia kredytu w transzach w zależności od potrzeb zamawiającego. 5. Odsetki płatne miesięcznie, na koniec każdego miesiąca na podstawie dostarczonego na co najmniej 10 dni przed terminem płatności zawiadomienia banku o ich wysokości - zawiadomienie w formie pisemnej lub przesłanie na adres . 6. Oprocentowanie kredytu - WIBOR 1M+marża banku. Na potrzeby sporządzenia oferty należy przyjąć WIBOR 1M z dnia 25.06.2026r. w wysokości 3,78%, rzeczywistą liczbę dni w każdym miesiącu oraz w poszczególnych latach i datę uruchomienia 29.12.2026r. 7. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany harmonogramu spłaty (po uprzednim przedłożeniu pozytywnej opinii RIO) oraz do wcześniejszej, przedterminowej spłaty bez dodatkowych opłat i prowizji. 8. Zabezpieczenie kredytu: weksel własny in blanco wraz z deklaracją wekslową. 9. Wszelkie płatności wynikające z umowy będą płatne w złotych polskich. 10. Zamawiający informuję, że posiada stosowną opinię RIO, którą zamieścił na stronie internetowej postępowania.
