Rozsah projektové dokumentace – projektová dokumentace bude rozdělena na dva objekty: 1)stávající plavecký bazén a jeho zázemí; 2)přístavba plaveckého bazénu. V 1. objektu PD bude řešena rekonstrukce stávajícího bazénu. Rekonstrukce má sloužit především k modernizaci a zatraktivnění stávajícího plaveckého bazénu. Podkladem pro tento objekt je „Architektonické řešení objemové studie Aquapark Cheb“ vypracovaná Ateliérem 11 Hradec Králové s.r.o. a „Diagnostická a korozní zpráva“ vypracovaná společností Experis DSKM, s.r.o. Objekt přístavby plaveckého bazénu bude obsahovat tzv. relaxační a zážitkovou zónu (aquapark) vč. vybudování venkovní části pro sezónní koupání. Podkladem pro tento objekt je „Architektonické řešení objemové studie Aquapark Cheb“ a „Ekonomická studie“ vypracovaná Ateliérem 11 Hradec Králové s.r.o. a „Parkovací dům pro plavecký bazén Cheb – PD“ vypracovaná společností ARTMODUL s r.o. Stupně projektové dokumentace a další činnosti, které jsou předmětem plnění: •Projektová dokumentace pro povolení stavebního záměru. •Projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby včetně položkového rozpočtu a soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb. •Výkon inženýrské činnosti pro vydání povolení stavebního záměru.
