Les prestations susceptibles d'être commandées dans le cadre du présent marché pourront ainsi concerner : • Des sites audités dans le cadre des études préalablement réalisées ; • Des sites n'ayant fait l'objet d'aucun audit préalable ; • Des opérations ayant été étudiées par un bureau d'études tiers ; • Des opérations définies directement par les services de Côte d'Azur Habitat. La consultation est non allotie. La durée de l'accord-cadre est fixée à 12 mois, à compter de la date de prise d'effet mentionnée sur l'accusé réception de la notification de l'accord-cadre à bons de commande. La consultation suit la procédure formalisée d'appel d'offres, devant mener à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi-attributaire (2 titulaires maximum).
