Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme eines flächendeckenden Digitalen Alarmierungssystems nach POCSAG Standard im 2m-Band für BOS Organisationen im Landkreis Emmendingen, einschließlich Migration von der bestehenden analogen 5 Ton Alarmierung, der Lieferung von Endgeräten sowie Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen. Das gegenständliche Vergabeverfahren umfasst die Errichtung von 37 Digitalen-Alarmumsetzer-Standorten im Kreisgebiet inkl. Antennen- und Blitzschutztechnik sowie die elektrotechnische Ertüchtigung der Bauwerke für diese Standorte. Des Weiteren werden insgesamt vier Digitale Alarmgeber (zwei Festeinbauten und zwei mobile Notfallalarmgeber) sowie Netzwerk- und IT-Technik für die zentrale Systemtechnik am Standort der Integrierte Leitstelle Emmendingen installiert. Der Auftrag ist in vier Fachlose aufgeteilt. Los 1 umfasst die DA-Systemtechnik, insbesondere die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration der Digitalen Alarmumsetzer und Digitalen Alarmgeber mit einem anschließenden Serviceleistungen auf der Grundlage eines EVB-IT Servicevertrags mit fester Laufzeit von 24 Monaten. Los 2 beinhaltet Antennentechnik und Mastbau, also insbesondere die Lieferung und Montage von Antennenmasten und Blitzschutz- sowie Erdungskomponenten.
