Predmet zákazky zahŕňa najmä komplexnú rekonštrukciu existujúceho objektu domova mládeže, modernizáciu vnútorných priestorov, dispozičné úpravy, zateplenie objektu, výmenu otvorových konštrukcií, rekonštrukciu strešného plášťa, rekonštrukciu a vybudovanie nových rozvodov technického vybavenia budovy, rekonštrukciu vykurovania, zdravotechniky, vzduchotechniky, elektroinštalácií, slaboprúdových systémov a elektronického zabezpečovacieho systému. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je aj rekonštrukcia a rozšírenie centrálnej kotolne, realizácia odberného elektrického zariadenia, areálových NN rozvodov a vonkajšieho osvetlenia, úprava areálových komunikácií a spevnených plôch vrátane parkovacích miest, realizácia novej garáže a výmena výťahu. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa aj všetky súvisiace búracie práce, dodávku a montáž technológií, vykonanie skúšok a revízií, uvedenie zariadení do prevádzky, vypracovanie príslušnej dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia a zabezpečenie všetkých činností potrebných pre riadne a úplné zrealizovanie diela v súlade s projektovou dokumentáciou.
