The HSE is reopening the Authorisation Scheme to Applicants for a further round of submissions (“Round 4”) under this Invitation to Participate. Interested parties are advised that although the process is being advertised on eTenders using the “Open procedure” heading, this is in fact a simple Authorisation Scheme in accordance with Recital 4 of the Procurement Directive. Accordingly, this Authorisation Scheme does not fall within the scope of the Procurement Directive or S.I.
