A közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeként a vállalkozási keretszerződés hatálybalépése: a szerződés mindkét fél általi aláírásának napja. Az Ajánlatkérő az adott keretösszeg 70 %-ra vállal lehívási kötelezettséget, az elszámolás (számlázás) a keretszerződés hatálya alatt ténylegesen megrendelt szolgáltatások alapján történik, a nyertes ajánlattevő által megadott egységárak alapján, a megadott keretösszeg erejéig. A műszaki leírás részét képező, a jelenlegi jellemző járműparkot tartalmazó táblázatok tájékoztató jelleggel kerülnek megadásra, a keretszerződés megkötését követően a ténylegesen megrendelésre kerülő szolgáltatások esetén a gépjárművek mennyisége és összetétele változhat.
