## About this tender

Dans le cadre du projet LNPCA Phase 1, le marché objet de la présente publicité est la construction d’une nouvelle gare multimodale en gare de Saint-Cyr Les Lecques. Le nouveau PEM de St-Cyr sur Mer dans le Var, intégrera les éléments suivants : - Un parvis, - Un bâtiment regroupant les services voyageurs, le stationnement vélos et véhicules en silo, - Un traitement paysager qualitatif du bassin de rétention de la plateforme ferroviaire et du PEM, - Une allée principale piétonne connectant les accès au PaSo, au bâtiment et à la liaison nord – sud de l’intermodalité et du nouveau quartier, - Une voie des mobilités actives en liaison ouest – est, - Une dépose minute en stationnement aérien de plain-pied, - Une intermodalité bus intégrée dans un chemin de Tacone élargi à un double sens véhicules. Ce marché est décomposé en 3 lots : LOT 1 – VRD et Paysage LOT 2 – Bâtiment – Aménagement du Paso et des quais LOT 3 – Lots techniques
