Das Ziel ist, eine effiziente und bedarfsgerechte Krankenversorgung zu gewährleisten, indem Doppelstrukturen abgebaut, Zentralisierung und Spezialisierung vorangetrieben und gleichzeitig die Wirtschaftlichkeit verbessert werden. Gegenstand der Beauftragung sind Planungsleistungen für Freianlagen gemäß § 39 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 11 HOAI in der jeweils geltenden Fassung.
